Davis and Spina Named USciences' Athletes of the Week
Kyle Davis (baseball) and Courtney Spina (softball) have been named the University of the Sciences Athletes of the Week for their performances over the past weeks contests ending on April 8, 2012.

Sixteen USciences Student-Athletes Named to CACC Spring All-Academic Team
New Haven, Conn.(June 14, 2011) –Sixteen student-athletes from the University of the Sciences were named to the 2011 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Spring All-Academic Team which was announced today by the conference office. The 16 athletes from the institution were among the 100 total student-athletes from the 14 conference schools earning a place on the list. University of the Sciences had the highest number of honorees amongst all of the CACC’s 14 schools.

Davis Named to Daktronics All Region Baseball Team
University of the Sciences sophomore shortstop Kyle Davis has been named to the 2011 Daktronics East Region All-Region team as a second team selection. Voting for the team is done by the region’s sports information directors.

Devils' Season Ends with loss to Post at CACC Tourney
Post University’s Tom Sirois allowed just three hits as the University of the Sciences baseball team’s season came to an end with a 4-0 loss to the Eagles in the losers bracket game of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Tournament at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium in Wilmington, Delaware.

Chargers Defeat Devils at CACC Tournament
The University of the Sciences men’s baseball team suffered their first loss in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference championship tournament on Thursday, losing to top seed Dominican College 7-0 at Wilson Field, in New Castle, Delaware.

Davis, McMahon Named To Baseball All-CACC First Team
University of the Sciences shortstop Kyle Davis and starting pitcher Dan McMahon have been named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Baseball All-Conference Team in voting done by the leagues 11 coaches and released by the conference office today. Both McMahon and Davis were First Team honorees.

Angeloni named CACC Skor Baseball Coach of the Year
University of the Sciences men’s baseball coach Frank Angeloni has been named the 2011 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Skor Coach of the Year as released by the conference office today along with the All-CACC Team. The CACC head coaches conducted the voting for the awards.

Devils Win Wild Playoff Opener over Cougars
The University of the Sciences men's baseball team won their first ever Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference playoff game in wild fashion with a five-run second inning and overcoming control problems from their pitchers as they hung on to defeat host Caldwell College, 8-5 Tuesday afternoon in Caldwell, New Jersey.

The University of the Sciences men's baseball team is headed for the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference playoffs for the first time in program history courtesy of a 12-5 win in the opening game of Saturday's doubleheader against Felician College at Richie Ashburn Field in Philadelphia.

Devils Split a Doubleheader with Eagles
The University of the Sciences men’s baseball team rallied for five runs in the eighth inning of Monday’s Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference opening game with Post University to defeat the Eagles 7-3. Post went on to win the nightcap 5-0 to give the Devils a split of their two games at Richie Ashburn Field in Philadelphia.

Senior first baseman Mark Perry became the Devils career leader in hits on Saturday, recording a hit in each game as the Devils completed a doubleheader sweep of Nyack College with an 11-inning 9-6 win in the nightcap at The Rock in Chester, New York on Saturday.

Bats Remain Hot as Devils Sweep Griffins
Solid hitting and solid pitching has been the key to the University of the Sciences men’s baseball team’s recent success on the diamond. Wednesday’s games against Chestnut Hill were no exception as the Devils got two quality starts from their pitching staff and their bats remained hot, banging out a total of 30 hits as the swept the Griffins 10-4 and 10-4 at Latshaw-McCarthy Field in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

The Devils defeated Concordia College 7-3 and 4-1 at Clipper Field in Bronxville, New York.
