He moved over to third on Jeff Murtha's groundout to the right side bringing up Szalejko who lined a single into left-centerfield scoring Davis with the winning run.
The Devils got their first run in the first inning as Jay Andrews came home on a Mark Perry sacrifice fly. St. Rose tied the game at 1-1 with an unearned run coming in on a double play in the fourth. It remained tied until Szalejko's single in the ninth.
The Devils will play their first game in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 when they face Chestnut Hill College in a non-conference game played in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
