Men’s Tennis Leads CACC with Four All-Academic Honorees

2019 CACC Men's Tennis All-Academic Team

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The University of the Sciences men's tennis team led the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) with four All-Academic Team honorees, it was announced on Wednesday. 

Seniors Evan Halperin, Nathan Nguyen, Borna Novak all were recognized for the maximum third year in a row, while junior Sahas Chandragiri made his second straight appearance.  

In order to qualify for the CACC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 at the end of the immediate preceding term, have been enrolled as a full-time student at the member institution for a minimum of two semesters, have been a second year student-athlete at the member institution, and must have been athletically eligible the season preceding the award and used a season of eligibility.
