Men's Cross Country Competes At The 2016 Cougar Chase

Caldwell, N.J. - The University of the Sciences men's cross country team got one last competition 5k in before the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championships at the Belmont Plateau next weekend. The Devils found success across the line, with all five runners setting 5k personal records on the afternoon. 

Top Finishes

  • Senior Tim Storino was the top Devils finisher, taking 18th in a time of 18:44.
  • Scott Jacobs crossed the line for a 34th place finish in a time of 20:07.
  • Right on the heels of Jacobs was junior David Wilds with a 35th place finish in a time of 20:08.
  • Eric Miekley stopped the clock in a time of 21:28.
  • Followed close behind was Eric Stratoti in a time of 21:47.

  • Both the men's and women's teams will be back in action on Sunday, Oct. 23 at the Belmont Plateau, starting at 10AM.
