Epstein won the first annual Cheyney University Running of the Wolves on Saturday, spearheading a University of the Sciences effort in which five Devils – all freshmen making their collegiate debut in the 5k - placed in the top-nine to give the USciences men its first team title since the 2010 Goldey-Beacom Invitational.

Epstein beat out a field of 28 by over 30 seconds on Saturday, as he navigated the 5K course in 17:12.3 to win his first career individual title in just his second collegiate race.
