Churchill Named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Area All-Academic Women's At-Large Team
Philadelphia, Pa. – University of the Sciences senior Nicole Churchill has been named to the 2010-11 Philadelphia Inquirer Area All-Academic Women’s At-Large Team. Churchill is one of 11 student-athletes selected to this year’s women’s at-large area academic team. The team was voted on by the sports information offices of the 28 institutions from the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Women’s Rifle Team Earns Two Wins in Week Two of Sectionals
The University of the Sciences women’s rifle team came away with a pair of wins during the second week of the NRA Philadelphia Area Sectionals held at the Colonel William Shea Rifle range on the USciences campus. The Devils earned wins against Princeton University and Loyola College (Maryland) while losing to Penn State University and John Jay College.

The University of the Sciences women’s rifle team returned to action on Saturday, taking on the United States Naval Academy at the colonel William Shea rifle range in Philadelphia. The midshipman remained undefeated with a 4619-3684 win.
