Tennis Team Drops Match to Cougars
The University of the Sciences women's tennis team lost their final home match of the fall season Saturday as Caldwell College defeated the Devils 8-1.
The loss drops the Devils record to 1-5 overall. They have the same mark in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference games. Caldwell improves to 6-5 overall and 3-4 in league play.
The Devils lone point in the match came at the #5 singles slot as sophomore Anna Vo (Harleysville, Pa.) defeated Amy Berry 8-3.
The Devils will conclude their fall season with matches at Concordia College on Sunday, October 16, 2011 and Philadelphia University on Monday, October 17, 2011.
