• Ran a new season-best of 32:11.2 to place in the top-half of the field 160 at the Jack Saint Clair Memorial (10/12)
• Made his season debut, finishing the Delaware Invitational in 34:26.4 (9/28)

2018:

• Earned a position in the top-half of the field in his first-ever CACC Championship, crossing 40th with a time of 30:29.4. He finished 10th amongst the 27 rookies to run (10/28)
• Was in the top-half of field at the Jack St. Clair Memorial, as his time of 30:40.9 was good for 57th (10/13)
• Time of 30:13 at the Paul Short Run was more than a minute faster than his previous season-best (9/29)
• Placed in the top-half of the field of 135 in 58th at the Philadelphia Metro Championship, running nearly two minutes faster than the previous week with a time of 31:22.7 (9/8) 
• Picked up a top-20 finishi in his first career collegiate race at the Wilmington Invitational, crossing 19th in 33:18.94 (9/1)

Prior to USciences:

• Three-time letterwinner in cross country and track
• Outstanding Junior and Senior for cross country and track
• Two-time team captain
• Two-time CHSSA First Team All-State Academic Award

Personal:

• Son of Rebecca and Pontus Ugander
• Chose USciences for its size and Microbiology major
• Plan on continuing to study to become a doctor after graduation
