Zuch and Grillo Place in Top-Half of Field at Delaware Invitational

NEWARK, Del. – Sophomore Dylan Zuch and freshman Will Grillo both placed in the top-half of the field of 102, as the University of the Sciences men's cross country team returned to action for the first time in three weeks at the Delaware Invitational held at White Clay Creek State Park on Saturday morning. 

Zuch finished in the top-third of the field in 28th, falling under eight seconds shy of his collegiate personal record after completing the 8K course in 30:29.2.  

Making his collegiate debut, Grillo registered a time of 31:12.4 to place 36th. 

Isaac Hoskins rounded out USciences' morning by navigating the course in 34:26.4. 

The Devils take next weekend off before returning to action at the Jack Saint Clair Memorial hosted at Belmont Plateau at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12.
