PHILADELPHIA – The University of the Sciences women's tennis team suffered its first Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) loss of the season on Monday evening, falling to perennial power Concordia 4-0 at the Hamlin Center.
USciences won at least two games in all three doubles matches, with Karla Miletic and Danielle Paran winning a team-high four games at the first flight.
Of the singles matches to finish, Miletic and Paran both won six games in their respective first and third flight matches.
University of the Sciences (3-3, 2-1 CACC) completes a stretch of three home matches in four days tomorrow, Oct. 2, when it welcomes cross-town rival Jefferson to the Hamlin Center for a 5:30 p.m. start.
